Don't know why exactly, it might have something to do with the cold, but today I was constantly hungry. I feel the urge to eat and don't have time to feel full, to say "That's it!". I don't want to exaggerate with food. I just lost 10 kg and I want to maintain. But I need to eat something more consistent that will keep my hunger in control.
