I was walking, wondering in the woods at night. You might think that's odd and scary but it wasn't. It was a strange and beautiful forest: trees with large round green crowns, looking like mangroves, but very tall. I liked being there, walking among them, admiring their beauty. Even though it was night, there wasn't that dark, because of the moon. I turned my face to the left and there it was in its splendor a big white shinny moon. The most fascinating thing about it (except being that big) was that from time to time it rotated, making it possible to see the other face of the moon, the one that is always hidden for the Earth, the far side. I've watched it happily for a long time, fascinated by the uniqueness of the moment. And then I kept on walking happy, fascinated, absorbing every sight I was seeing, the wonderful moon light that turned the night into a beautiful dark green, just like an unseen water was throwing its liquid shimmer over the landscape. But the most exciting thing of all was flying over the forest, almost touching the top of the trees, almost touching the distant shinny moon. I felt free, no boundaries, no fear, just pure joy, laughter and happiness.
For the first time in years I woke up relaxed and smiling wondering at the same time how strange that was because I'm afraid of the dark. It doesn't matter. The most important thing is that I felt happy, and that I hope that some day I'll have reasons to be happy in reality, not just in my dreams.
What was the last dream that made an impression on you lately?
