Fire and ice

Yesterday I went with a friend at an Italian restaurant in the very center of the city. We like the food up there, especially the Carbonara, so we go there often. Till last night. Everything was fine till I got the bill. We paid but the waitress didn't bring us the change. We had the tip in mind but there were still some extra money. So we've waited, and waited, and waited for a long time. The waitress was running errands between clients at the other tables but never came back to us. My friend insisted to stay as long as possible but I felt sick due to some health problems I have lately and we left the restaurant eventually. No change received, but no intention to get back there ever again. So much for the Romanian hospitality.

As this wasn't enough, when I went to the lady's room I've been witness to a lady to lady moment. Grouse! I was washing mu hands when I heard a queer sound. There was only one lady, well dressed, at the sink next to me. She was also washing her hands but at the same time she was blowing her nose in the sink. That made my stomach twitch and turn upside down. I must confess I never ever saw a woman do such a thing and in a public public toilet. Hm mm! How was that line? Never judge a book by its covers. No comment!

I needed a shock therapy to recover and thanks to my friend as soon as I got home I went straight to my laptop to watch a "therapy movie". Girls you should see The Covenant. The movie doesn't have a well built plot, the dialogs are week, but the actors are just perfect. Let me put it this way: this movie is for women as Electra for men, like a glossy magazine among which pages you'll find a calendar with pictures of the rugby team of France. Take it as a therapy and tell me if you didn't have a crush on Steven Strait (and not only). Thank you for the movie!
