And the Oscar goes to ...

As you all know, last night (22ND February) took place the 81st Annual Academy Awards. And maybe for the first time in history the predictions were right. The favourite of the show was Christian Colson's Slumdog Millionaire for Best Motion Picture of the Year, Best Writing, Screenplay Based on Material Previously Produced or Published, Best Achievement in Cinematography, Best Achievement in Editing, Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures, Original Score, Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures, Original Song, Best Achievement in Sound. Wow! Lots of Oscars. That means I must see this movie.

OK, as for the rest of categories, the winners are as following:

Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role - Kate Winslet for The Reader (I'm so happy for this result)
