I've fallen
I know I'm not a skilled person and that I tend to fall often or to brake things, unintentionally. It just happens to me. Like yesterday. I was a beautiful sunny day and I wanted to go for a walk in the park. One of my hidden agenda was to also check the state of the park alleys for my future (I hope sooner) jogging weekends. To my disappointment the alleys were covered in snow and ice. I should have figure it out that just the main streets were a priority for the city hall not the parks. People enjoying first rays of sun while walking in the park can wait a little longer, can't they? After a while tired of stumbling through the snow that bordered the lake we decided to go back and take the other route, the most circulated one in the park (to be translated as the most crowded) hopping that the snow has melted there. We were a bit tired by the effort and spotted a bench. As we moved in its direction we had to descend some stairs, also covered in ice and water. I don't remember how exactly but one moment I was standing and the next one I was sown in my knees. I have an ugly bruise and an annoying pain in my right foot but I kept saying I'll survive and try not to think about it (until I somewhat sit on that spot and I remember how painful it is). So my running must wait a little longer, maybe more that 2 weeks from now on. Bummer!
