Too much cold over paradise

After 2 full weeks of snow, extremely low temperatures and rain that turned everything into ice, the thing that pops into my mind are those ATB lyrics: "too much rain over paradise" only replacing rain with snow or cold (oh yes I'm a rock fan that appreciates good music and Andreas Tanneberger makes a great music). I've said it many times that I don't like cold weather and I truly don't fancy winter. So it took some time for me to gather some courage and bring my camera out of its drawer. Last Friday, in the morning, there was no wind and I could take my hand out of the gloves and I took some pictures (not too great, but I did it). Right on time cause that very afternoon it begun to snow again and then on Saturday there was some rain that turned everything around into ice (streets were like ice rinks, trees are even now frozen and when the wind blows you can hear the creepy batter of the frozen branches), then snow again and now a super strong wind that makes it even more difficult to walk from point A to point B. For the first time in a year a a half I called at the Japanese school to cancel my class today because of the weather. Is so cold that everything seems to freeze, not only objects, but also will, feelings, common sense (and I not speaking about myself). I dream of a warm spring with clear sky and flowers, with less clothes that won't make me feel like wearing a bear on my back. I dream to dream beautifully and having no more nightmares because of the storm outside or the frozen trees knocking on my rooftop and making me jump. I think we've experienced enough of the polar feeling. Be back with more photos soon as the weather allows me to. Warm days to you all!
