Bits of life

This morning as I was walking down the street in my way to subway I raised my eyes to the cloudy sky and saw something incredible. It was first time in a while now that I saw birds migrating. It's late autumn already, the last migrating birds are leaving to new horizons, to warmer places as I wish I could. The V shaped flight of the flock of birds it brings a little sadness as the winter is getting closer each day, and I sincerely hate the cold. But in the same time it has this message about continuity, about life going on, about the inevitable change, about endings being new beginnings. So the sadness changed into a smile and a wish of good luck journey for those birds, and also into hope.
