When someone burst your bubble

You know how that feels, don't you? It's like a wave of disappointment had washed the last drop of energy from you and you're left there in the middle of nowhere disconcerted, gazing around and trying to understand what happened. That's the way I feel right now, and the crazy weather might help a little to that state of mind. I feel like I don't know what to feel anymore, empty of choices, mouth open and all. When someone else is taking credit for your ideas and for your work and then don't give a damn for it you feel like that. Options: revenge = not a smart idea; plan B = the right word at the right moment = much more like it, but soon. Did you hear a roar?
