Get on your boots

No, no, no I'm not talking about U2's new single. I'm talking about that even though March is coming to its end the weather is so stubborn. It's cold outside and if you look carefully you'll see allot of people still wearing winter clothes and of course boots. Quite uncomfortable! Rain, wind and some sun but very very cold days. Where's my spring??? I really want to get out in the parc and run a little but not on this weather. Does someone hear me up there? Please!
